How we use your details: Client Hive stores your account and contact details to run your account, match customers with relevant local professionals, manage enquiries and provide service updates. If you post a job, the details needed to respond are shared with the professional who takes your enquiry. We offer an enquiry to one professional at a time; if it becomes available again, another professional may choose it and receive your details for that same job. Professionals must use your details only to respond to your enquiry, not for unrelated marketing. We use your job postcode and a professional’s business postcode to request an approximate driving distance and time from Google Maps Platform Routes API. Your full postcode stays private until a professional chooses your enquiry and completes checkout. Posting is free; Client Hive charges the professional a one-time fee to access an enquiry. We keep information only for as long as needed to provide the service, handle issues and meet legal requirements. Contact customerservice@clienthive.co.uk for our privacy information and to exercise your data rights. Read our Terms and Conditions for how introductions work.

To ask to access, correct or delete your details, or raise a privacy concern, contact customerservice@clienthive.co.uk. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).

We will not send you promotional email or text messages unless you separately opt in below. Marketing is optional and your choices do not affect your account or job enquiry.
