This policy explains how Client Hive collects, checks and displays Worker Bee ratings. Client Hive is operated by William Taylor, trading as Client Hive.
Who can leave a rating?
We invite a customer to rate a professional after the customer confirms in their Client Hive account that the job went ahead. A secure, one-use review link is tied to that customer enquiry and professional. We allow one submitted rating for each enquiry and professional.
What appears publicly?
Worker Bee profiles may show an average star rating and the number of submitted customer ratings. If there are no ratings, the profile says “No customer reviews yet”; we do not create a score from missing reviews. Written comments submitted with a rating are not currently displayed publicly.
Directory order is based first on reputation points earned through recorded enquiry steps and customer-confirmed completion, then average rating, then review count. Professionals cannot pay to improve this order. We may change the ranking method and will update this explanation if we do.
Authenticity and moderation
Client Hive does not buy, write or commission positive reviews, and does not reward customers for positive ratings. We investigate reports of ratings that appear fake, misleading, unrelated to a real enquiry or otherwise unlawful. We may hide or remove content that is fake, unlawful, abusive, irrelevant or exposes personal information. We do not remove a rating simply because it is negative or because a professional disagrees with it.
To report a rating, email customerservice@clienthive.co.uk with the profile link and your reason. Do not send another person’s private contact or financial information. We may ask for details to check whether the rating relates to a genuine Client Hive enquiry.
Questions or complaints
Contact customerservice@clienthive.co.uk if you have a question about a rating or believe a profile presents review information inaccurately. We aim to acknowledge complaints within 3 working days and provide an update or outcome within 10 working days after receiving the information needed. If a case needs longer, we will explain the next step.
