Report unsafe or inappropriate behaviour
Everyone deserves to feel safe. If a customer or Worker Bee has behaved in a threatening, abusive or concerning way, you can raise a concern with Client Hive. We take reports seriously and assess what action is appropriate.
Client Hive is not an emergency service and reports are not monitored around the clock. For a non-emergency police report, call 101 or contact your local police service. Do not wait for Client Hive to respond if someone is at risk.

How to raise a concern
- Get to safety first. If needed, leave the situation and contact emergency services.
- Tell us what happened. Email our customer service team with the relevant job or profile reference, approximate date, location area and a brief factual description.
- We assess the report. Client Hive may request further information, restrict account access or take other proportionate steps under its policies. We cannot promise a particular outcome.
Please do not email intimate images, medical records or highly sensitive evidence without first asking for a secure submission method. Do not confront someone or put yourself at risk to collect evidence.
Important questions
Can I report a concern about a customer as well as a Worker Bee?
Yes. Both customers and professionals can report threatening, abusive or inappropriate behaviour connected with Client Hive.
Will my report be kept confidential?
Reports are handled on a need-to-know basis, subject to applicable law and safety requirements. We cannot promise absolute confidentiality or anonymity, particularly where information must be shared to investigate or protect someone.
Does reporting here replace contacting the police?
No. Client Hive cannot investigate crimes or provide emergency protection. Report suspected criminal conduct to the police directly.
What happens to the person reported?
A report is not proof of wrongdoing. We assess available information fairly and may take proportionate steps, including account restrictions, where justified.
